国际招生 Requirements

To be considered for 入学, please submit the following: 

• 在线申请 在线 或者通过 CommonApp
• 护照复印件
• Copy of your secondary school (high school) records
• 的证明 English language proficiency
• ACT/SAT test scores (optional)
• Personal statement and recommendation letters (optional)

Students transferring from another university will need to provide their official university records. 

• 从U.S. 学校, the transcript must be an official copy mailed to Heidelberg directly, or delivered in a sealed envelope. 
• 来自美国以外的学校.S., students must submit their records to a 南汽-approved credential evaluation service for a course-by-course evaluation such as SpanTran. 

本科入学 Process

After applying and submitting the required documents, students will receive their 入学 decision typically within one week. The steps below represent the normal sequence students follow from the point of 入学 through their enrollment at Heidelberg. Our 国际 入学 office will help you every step of the way!

1. Apply for need-based aid through Heidelberg’s International Student 金融援助 application
2. Receive 学费 Payment Plan outlining the costs to attend Heidelberg
3. 提交 $250注册费 to confirm intention to enroll at Heidelberg (suggested by May 1st for fall semester enrollment)
4. 提交 Affidavit of Financial 支持 form and evidence of financial support
5. Order shipping of student’s form I-20/DS-2019 package through eShipGlobal
6. Receive I-20/DS-2019, pay your SEVIS费用, schedule visa interview appointment
7. Notify Heidelberg when you obtain your U.S. visa by scanning a copy of the visa to 国际 [at] nba下注.edu

*Undergraduate transfer students from a U.S. institution may not need to complete all of the above steps, but will need to complete the 转移 form with the assistance of your International Student Advisor at your current school.

  • 3 letters of recommendation are required for applicants to the Master of Arts in Counseling program; this is not required for MBA applicants
